Kundalini Yoga Teachers

Be guided by experienced teachers on a journey that fosters inner peace and deep connection

The practice of Kundalini Yoga and Sat Nam Rasayan

Kundalini Yoga is a practice rooted in the spiritual tradition of Sikh Dharma, combining movement, breath, sound, and meditation to support balance, awareness, and inner transformation.

Through dynamic sequences, breathing techniques, mantra, and meditative moments, the practice works on the body, mind, and energy system, supporting a process of deep listening and connection with oneself.

During the Festival, Kundalini Yoga is shared through the direct experience of the teachers, each bringing their own sensitivity, in a path that is accessible even to those approaching this discipline for the first time.

Sat Nam Rasayan is a technique of deep relaxation and meditation connected to the tradition of Kundalini Yoga. It is based on listening and presence, through a meditative state in which both the practitioner and the receiver enter a space of deep silence and stillness. During the treatment, the person lies down while the practitioner works, maintaining a state of expanded awareness that supports relaxation, the rebalancing of the energy system, and the natural process of self-healing.

During the Festival, you will have the opportunity to experience both of these practices in a path open to everyone, regardless of experience level, inviting you to explore with graduality and presence, in respect of your own timing.

My name is Jai Kaur, which means “Victory of the Soul.” I received this spiritual name at the age of 24 from Yogi Bhajan, and ever since I have continued to explore this Victory, its meaning, and how it can manifest in life. I have been practicing Kundalini Yoga with great passion for over 20 years. It was the teaching I had been searching for, and I recognized it immediately. I had never experienced such deep relaxation and surrender before. From this path came the desire to create a real, accessible space where this experience could be shared with others. A place where practice is not separate from life, but integrated with nature, food, and relationships. The Festival was born from this vision: to offer an authentic experience where everyone can take time for themselves, listen inwardly, and reconnect with their own inner rhythm. A simple yet thoughtfully curated environment, where profound teachings coexist with lightness and presence.
